Water is also an important and most powerful ways of cleansing the intestinal tract. Drinking sufficient water can help to prevent constipation and also helps maintain kidney health.

Besides a diet rich in fiber, supplements known for their cleansing capabilities will also help. Psyllium husks, citrus pectin, whey protein, papaya, bentonite clay as well as activated charcoal are a few of these. Taking probiotics or eating food, which has healthy bacteria such as kefir, miso, and yogurt will help improve our health and also our defense mechanism.
