You can learn the way to deal with worry. For those of us who get with anxiety attack, we differentiate what it seems like. Our heart pounds. We get butterflies in our stomach. We fear and fret over everything and anything. We have hot and cold sweats. Our throats dried up and we've difficulty swallowing, just to name a few.

These worry attacks can appear from no where. I've spoken with many people who've said "my life is great; I don't understand why I'm suddenly suffering with nervousness attacks". This is the nature of the beast. There is no chosen format for worry attacks. They can take place to people whose lives are going very well, also, as those who lives are not going so well.

From my own understanding off dealing with anxiety attacks, I'm aware of the fact that the more you think about the anxiety the more powerful the signs become. The stronger the symptoms, the more powerful the nervousness attacks become. Then you are in the realms of a viscous circle. This is when it becomes truly hard to over come your anxiety attacks.

It's not till you truly become conscious of the fact that your thoughts have shaped your nervousness, so it stands to reason that if you have manifested the anxiety attack then surely you can UNcreate the worry attacks. This element is really difficult for people to understand. And I know exactly how they think! When I was told this, I rejected it. Why would I wish to do this to myself? It did not make sense.

But at the end of the day no matter how much I tried to ignore that truth, it was accurate, my thoughts where the basis of my anxiety. I experimented with it. The more I focused my energy on the anxiety the stronger my worry attack became. So with the assistance of a therapist, I was able to work on my thoughts and defeat my worry.

It would be a lie to say I'm anxiety free, however I am a lot more able to deal with anxiety, I've more coping strategies. Coping with anxiety is now much easier for me.

Another to bear in mind, is that worry may be unpleasant, but it is not always a difficult thing. This worry can help up be alert, the adrenalin can keep us focused. When worry is relentless, when it interferes with relationships and activities-that's when you've crossed the line from normal anxiety into the territory of anxiety disorders.
